Abstract: 

In the article sources of legal regulation of production and public administration in the sphere of production of mineral energy resources by the legislation of Mexico are considered. Standards of the international legal acts, the Constitution of Mexico and the special industry legislation in the sphere of use of mineral resources are investigated.
